My stone fell out. What should I do now?

We will fix it. Stones never fall out on their own, and any stone loss is considered physical damage. We do not use adhesive to hold the stones in our jewelry. According to international standards and techniques, small alloy parts secure the stones. Therefore, the chances of a stone falling out are extremely small, approximately 1 in 200 for the central stone and 1 in 1000 for decorative small stones (this statistical average confirms the high quality of stone installation). Jewelry missing a stone can be brought in for repair or replacement stone installation, at the customer's expense, with the price determined based on the assessment of the damage. Cubic zirconia stones are replaced free of charge, while precious stones and diamonds are replaced according to the standard price list. If it is determined that the item has suffered significant damage, the only solution is to create new jewelry, which will be offered to the customer. Special attention should be paid to items with delicate design elements. We do not guarantee the elasticity of our products, and any chemical or physical damage that may result from contact with abrasive chemicals is not covered. Gold alloys are relatively soft, making them susceptible to bending, fracturing, deformation, and physical damage. Diamonds, cubic zirconia, and precious stones are hard but not indestructible; they can be chipped or broken (partially or completely) due to accidental impact. The manufacturer cannot guarantee that you will not lose or damage the stone. All the mentioned damages are considered physical damage.

It seems that I am allergic to gold?
We cannot take responsibility and cannot refund the product in case of irritation or allergic reaction from the jewelry. We guarantee that the alloys we use to make the jewelry comply with national regulations as well as EU standards for gold, silver, and platinum alloys. An allergic reaction may be due to the presence of nickel in white gold alloy and copper in rose gold alloy. However, irritations are often caused by moisture retention, contact with water, soap, or household chemicals. We recommend properly and thoroughly drying your hands and jewelry. If irritation occurs regularly, please consult a dermatologist.

Why isn't my ring shining anymore?

My stone is cloudy. The shiny surfaces of the jewelry are polished for free (we recommend once a year). The original brilliance of cubic zirconia, precious gemstones, and diamonds can be achieved by cleaning the ring in our workshop, of course, without any charge.

I don't like the size of the ring.

The size of fingers fluctuates every day, at least by one size up or down. The moment when the ring size is assessed is crucial for placing the order. Our sellers are experienced in expert sizing estimation, determining the ideal ring size, but the buyer makes the final decision on the size of the ring to be ordered. Whether the fingers are measured during summer or winter, in the morning or evening, it doesn't matter. It is entirely possible that the ring you purchased may not fit perfectly due to various influential factors (hot or cold weather, temporary finger swelling, weight changes, subjective experience on the day the measurement was taken, moist fingers, etc.). Our suggestion is to wear the ring for several months, allowing the fingers to adjust. Based on these reasons, with our advice, the buyer makes the final decision on the appropriate size. If, after some time, the ring size still doesn't fit, we will propose a solution to the problem. Can the size of the ring be adjusted? In principle, we do not adjust rings. Plain bands can often be enlarged free of charge. However, rings with gemstones are quite problematic. Rings can often be easily resized, shortened, with quality and free of charge. If we deem it possible to perform a quality adjustment to the ring or band. Rings and bands often have specific textures, ceramics, engravings, motifs, or cubic zirconia that make them impossible to repair.

Is there a difference between diamond and brilliant?

Brilliant is just the name of a popular round cut, while the term diamond describes a type of mineral (stone). A cut portion of the diamond mineral is called a brilliant. Diamond is the name of a type of natural mineral. It doesn't matter if you say the jewelry is a diamond or a brilliant, it is definitely the same thing. The term "diamond" simply further specifies that the diamond stone is cut in a round shape.
